What essence need to build a child career?

As a recruitment agency we are receiving a number of CV/Resume daily. It is very rare to have a CV with something interesting on the track which can be an added advantage for Professionals and Organization too. 

It is really hard to find a candidate with academic plus particular sets of skills which may be a great back up for an organization in future. Other hand, how many of us can raise our hand that without a company job can self establish and earn more than my present salary. Obviously in a legal way. 

This article is for your children's struggling free career.

Almost every parent raises a question "My children did MBA or BE, BTECH, M Com etc. etc. although not getting a suitable job or still unemployed". 

Or, I want to prepare my children in a way that he/she can start earning immediately even no job after passing out. 

Obvious, but what causes a chance to earn money in a struggle free way? 

May be the answer is good results, good knowledge, hard work, talent, experience etc. 

Not at all the answer is correct. Why?

Good results will not give you money. We observed in each and every CV, academic percentage is not less than first class marks. Then why are there so many unemployed young professionals? 

What company will do with a good result?

Next, Good knowledge

Education no doubt provides good knowledge. We experience that every company looks for practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. If you do not get a job then how you gear up your practical skills? 

So, good knowledge will not support your children to earn handsome money. 

Hard work!! ha.. is it a ridiculous word? Hard work like a donkey will earn more money than a CEO of a company. Is it? 

Another is Talent. What is called talent? A natural skill. You may be a very talented singer, dancer, cook or painter. 

Ok, then dance in your office function, the boss will give you a promotion or a salary hike as you are a talented dancer. No way.    

Then what particular efficiency should be available in children which brings them good economical growth. During children's career path that has to be identified by parents.  

What is that? Is called 

VALUE EDITION 

Reasonable or equivalent return; value for money. 

Now, assume one professional starts a career in a company. But did not learn how to do value edition in that company. Actually education, what we achieve in school or college, does not meet the company demand. Company looks for a highly potential candidate who may be value for money. Other hand, if our education is not sufficient to fulfill that demand, how can we become a value for the company. 

10 years in a company but your growth is the same. why? Not because of inefficiency, good results, hard work, talent. because of the Value edition.    

Companies are always looking for professional skills. Do remember that each company has a particular business model and according to that model company looks for that particular professional who can do value edition.

I believe that the root of unemployment is clear. How? Demand of the company is not meeting our educational skills. 

If we open job classifieds we will find tons of jobs available. That means employment is available or the company requires a new employee. Yes, but professionals unable to crack the interview or demand more salary, companies rejected if they identify those who can't do value edition.

  What are the skills necessary for value edition? and when to start

Before passing out from high school study below skills are best fit to be a competitive and ambitious professional. It is not mandatory to have all those skill sets. More you have, the more you gain.

4.  Basic computer skill

5.  Search engine optimization 

6.  Web development skill

7.  Animation skill

More will learn, more value edition can do in business or in customer oriented field. Can be capable enough that they can confidently start their own business or join a company where they will succeed to get more new opportunities with the help of such skills. 

Those are not a full time course. All are short term courses over 3-4 month periods only. 

It will also help to identify the interest of your Children. If your children want to build their career on particular course then go ahead. 

We may give several examples, Steve jobs career achievement among one.  

Many online or offline courses will help to develop those skills. Google will help to find the right path.

Look, if you have good communication skills then you may convince interviewer that you are a potential candidate. If you have knowledge on selling then you can negotiate salary well. 

Parents, fill those skills in to your children to make a value edition to business or customer. 

Observation says that, major company professionals focus on their responsibility rather focusing on achievement in terms of educating/ sharing skills and knowledge with the colleagues or other staff in a way which helps them to achieve success. 

If you're a manager,  start a session on leadership, communication, and develop written skills with your colleagues. This culture sure will motivate all employees in an organization. This is another way of value edition. 

When companies identify that you are worth for the company they may arrange training which is either a passive income. You may engage yourself as a corporate trainer in future. So, you start value edition to your business.

Parents engage children parallel to their study for a positive value edition in their career path.
