Seven vital points to be follow by job seekers
Why ? Know your competitor. How? conducting a thorough market analysis, and understanding how to promote your abilities will help you stand out from the competitors
1. Self-awareness
Job searchers must be aware of their major strengths and be able to rank them according to their career opportunities. Market research will make it easier to understand how best to meet each industry's needs in light of their strengths and overall objectives. "Choosing a career that embodies your principles is challenging. But you are certain to succeed if you conduct diverse research.
2. A clear sense of worth
Do you aware that your career should leverage your skills and strengths?
Instead, it's just a means of earning money. Selecting the wrong chance could frustrate you and have a big impact on your career. The size and rank of your next role may be determined in part by your successes. Before applying for employment that are much above (or significantly below) your qualifications, consider the relationship between job descriptions and salary ranges.
3. Planning skills
Plan is "Rework," as we all are aware of from the job market. On the other hand, a plan gives your search direction and emphasis. Set aside time each day and each week to complete your job search tasks. Choose the organizations you want to work with, research industry trends, businesses, and people, make contacts, submit applications, and get ready for meetings or interviews. Keep a record of your activities, the timing of your follow-ups, and your contacts.
Key word: search direction, job search, industry trends, businesses, people, make contacts, applications, get ready, record activity.
4. Effective strategy
Follow your progress, evaluate what's working, and modify your job-search method as necessary. Instead of relying solely on one technique, combine them; first, be committed to your objective; and second, widen your network of recruiters. Before they are ever announced, many jobs are filled through recommendations and ties to the community.
You can learn a lot from failure. Your CV or resume needs to be revised if you aren't getting interviews. Find out how you can improve if you're getting interviews but not getting the job.
Key word: one technique, network of recruiters, CV or resume revised, interview, not job.
5. Willingness to enlist others
Job searching may be a time-consuming, lonely, and tedious process. Ask friends for advice, use search engines, and let people know you're seeking for work to help you prepare for interviews. Mention any potential contacts you'd like to make or companies you'd like to meet. Use your social media likes LinkedIn, Instagram, X

6. Marketing insight
Your CV/Resume should accurately represent your skills and experience so that you can get the job and career you want. It must immediately address the concerns of the recruiting manager and be pertinent to the job and company requirements. Think about quality over quantity; being selective and focused should lead to a higher CV to interview ratio.
By keeping an active, current profile on LinkedIn and Twitter and leaving comments on sites that are relevant, you may improve your online visibility. Another thing that can make you stand out is a brief, polished video that you upload to YouTube and link to on your resume and social media profiles. This generation of interviewers has started this process. instead of going through a lengthy CV.
7. Intelligent attitude
You'll need dedication, a good mindset, and determination to get through a drawn-out job hunt or deal with rejection. Although they won't pay off right away, your networking and reputation-building efforts will benefit you in the near future.
Fight for the optimal position that matches your career advancement and fulfillment rather than accepting a horrible compromise that can force you to start the job search process all over again.
Key word: dedication, good mindset, job hunt, reputation-building, optimal position, career advancement, horrible compromise,
An example of an intelligent attitude:
Last week, I interviewed a 27-year-old engineering candidate. found a year gap in his resume. The panel member asked him, Why?
Candidate: It is my misfortune that I lost my father last year, instead of my heart and soul effort to treat him well. But by the grace of God, I'm lucky enough to have got a chance to stay with my father till his last stage.
I don't feel any sorrow or guilt if I'm not selected because of that reason. Thankyou.
Panel members really appreciate him and offer him the job on the spot. Due to his truthfulness and honest attitude.
**It is a real story that helped a number of candidates who passed through such a question. But keep in mind that this is a particular case study. Your case may be different. So prepare with your case. Not with others. May bounce back on you.
